Documents ready for the next time.
Turn a PDF you already use into a reusable template. Review the proposed fields and wording, then make the next document with new values. When it is ready, collect electronic signatures from one or multiple people in the same workspace.
Keep the wording you chose
Docjig proposes fields and cleanup from an existing document. You review changes inline against the untouched original and approve an exact version. Filling that version substitutes your values without asking AI to rewrite the agreement.
Compare another sample, keep useful clause alternatives, edit one document or future templates, and export a complete PDF packet. For familiar wording edits, open a Docjig editing copy in Google Docs or Word and return it for review.
Collect everyone’s signature
Add signature, initials and signing-date fields, assign each signer their own fields, and send private email links. Recipients can type or draw their signatures in any order, without a Docjig account. Follow signing status and keep the sealed completed PDF with its consent record, timestamps and receipt.
A reusable template makes recurring agreements easier; a one-off PDF or Word upload can go straight to signing preparation. Read the e-signature guide for the workflow, document-integrity checks and current limits.
Use your workspace in ChatGPT
Docjig's connected tools can import PDFs, propose fields, show review cards and create documents from approved templates. After reviewing a generated document, you can send it for signature and retain the completed PDF and signing record. Your workspace also opens directly in the web review desk.
Early access. Image-only PDFs need text recognition first. Layout is reconstructed, so review every output page and attachment. Recipients adopt their own signatures; Docjig does not sign on their behalf or provide legal advice.
Docjig is operated by Sernia Ventures LLC. Read the workflow guide or open your documents.
