Terms for using Docjig.

Effective October 12, 2026

Docjig is an early-access document service operated by Sernia Ventures LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy notice.

Your documents and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your content and give us permission to store, process and transmit it, including through our service providers, only as needed to provide the features you request, support and protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Upload only documents you are authorized to use. Keep access to your account secure, respect other people's privacy and do not use the service for unlawful activity or to misrepresent a document's origin, signature or approval.

We do not sell or license your documents or personal information, use them for advertising, or use your content to train AI models. Our privacy notice explains provider processing, document storage and deletion.

Review before use

AI suggestions and reconstructed PDFs can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking fields, fixed wording, attachments, pagination and signature areas before relying on an output. Docjig approval records a review of a specific saved revision; it is not an electronic signature, legal opinion or guarantee of enforceability. Sending a finalized document for recipient signatures is a separate, explicit action. Each recipient must provide their own consent and signature; Docjig does not sign on their behalf. Private email-link access does not independently establish a recipient's identity.

Plans and subscriptions

Free includes 3 saved templates and 3 new documents per UTC calendar month, with no credit card required. Personal is $9 USD per month plus applicable tax and includes 100 saved templates and 100 new documents per UTC calendar month. The same rules apply to all accounts, including accounts created during early access. Templates in Trash count toward the saved-template limit. Recorded creations in the current month count even if made before plan limits were activated; deleting a document does not restore that month's allowance. Other storage, inference and safety limits continue to apply. There are no automatic overage charges.

Personal requires a separate purchase through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record for covered purchases and displays the tax and total before payment. Checkout may offer payment in your local currency. Personal renews automatically each month until cancelled; there are no trials or promotional discounts in this offer. Paid access begins after payment is confirmed. Contact support if it does not update.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal at any time in Plan & usage → Manage billing, or through the Link purchase-management link in your receipt. Personal limits remain available until the end of your paid period, then Free limits apply. Existing documents remain readable, editable and exportable, and signing already in progress can continue. Being over a Free limit prevents new creations; it does not delete your saved work. Closing your account deletes its live content and requests cancellation of its subscription, rather than waiting for period end.

Your first subscription payment is refundable on request within 14 days. Later charges and partially used periods are non-refundable except where required by law or Stripe's Managed Payments protections. If a service problem prevented use or you were charged after a timely cancellation, contact support so we can correct it. Refunded or disputed payments may return creation limits to Free while reviewed; saved documents remain available. Stripe may issue refunds under its merchant-of-record policy.

Early access and availability

Features and limits may change, and service can be interrupted. Keep exports of important documents. We may restrict access that threatens security or violates these terms. No plan includes a contractual uptime guarantee. Paid price changes will be disclosed before they apply.

Ending use and getting help

You can stop using Docjig, export your documents, delete items or close your account through the account menu. The privacy notice describes retained closure records, backups and external copies. For support or questions about these terms, contact support@docjig.com.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the effective date here. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
